Each course will be served by the growers and makers of the hero ingredient grown in Deep Creek Valley. Madelaineās Eggs, Dreaming Goat Dairy, Wildwood Organics, Chin Chin Farm, Source Fungi as well as Blackmore Wagyu. Each course paired with bespoke crafted cocktails from Chin Chin Farm and DV Cider.
Diners will also get exclusive access to the Eastern Macedon Ranges Producer Sample Pack, full of culinary treats to remember your day.
