DV Cider is home to something refreshingly different. Make that many. We’ve flipped traditional apple cider psychology on its head by focussing on flavour first. We experiment with real Australian cider apples and ingredients like hops, molasses, and coffee to create something truly unique. A new craft cider experience.

Planting our seeds for success
In 2014, we established Darraweit Valley Cider House on a beautiful 42-acre property in the Macedon Ranges and planted our first apple trees. Led by our Orchardist and Cider Maker, Marc Serafino, we continue to craft distinct and unique apple cider flavours.

Another great cider. The apple flavour really comes through with the hints of hops. A bit sweeter than the oaked, but just lovely ice cold.
